Cara’s amazing and natural speaking abilities surfaced
early in life when at eleven-years-old, she placed in a
local speech competition. She continued her training throughout
her educational and law school career and won many accolades,
including awards for exceptional oratory, advocacy and legal
writing on the local, state and national levels.
She developed her understanding of the needs of the talent
industry when she worked as a model during her early college
and law school years. Having been involved in both runway
and print work, she knows first-hand the artist’s
need for a savvy attorney when negotiating career-shaping
contracts. Over the years, she has broadened her contact
base and understanding to include the local music industry
as well.
Ms. Peralta also teaches negotiations, business law, employment
law, corporate law, civil law, criminal law and criminal
procedure at a nationally known University.
